Recently, Year 10 students were taken to the Auckland Museum as a part of their History course, which involves the study of World War One. There, they were guided around by museum educators, knowledgeable in the subjects of interest.
While not a part of their course, the Year 10s still took time to look at both the World War Two and well-known Holocaust exhibits, in addition to the World War One display.
Such a trip is highly topical, as this year is the 100th year commemoration for the end of the First World War.
